BMS package – Commercial Research Centre – 2023

Two new buildings located north Oxford at Begbroke Science Park, providing c. 135,000 sq. ft of space for commercial research companies to grow and further facilities for OU research.

One building at c. 54,000 sq. ft provides academic facilities, and the second building at 81,000 sq. ft provides for commercial space:

BMS.  6 Motor Control Panels monitoring and controlling:

-LTHW Plant: ASHP’s, Buffer Vessels, Calorifiers, Pumps

-CHW Plant: ASHP’s, Chillers, Pumps

-Ventilation plant: AHUs, Fans, VAV & CAV, VOC controls

-Cold Water Plant, Grey Water Plant

-Floor Controls: FCU’s, Free cooling

EMS.  Fully integrated Energy Monitoring System stored in an Open Metering System format:

-20 CHW, DHW, LTHW meters

-90 Domestic meters

-150 Electrical meters site wide
